EX5214-M03/Y1630, ultra-high speed overlock machine

with "Minimal Lubrication System"









The new EX with "Minimal Lubrication System" is introduced. This machine class is equipped with special coated "DLC" upper looper holder and needle bar. This DLC - coating allows the machine to work with significantly reduced oil supply to the needle bar and the upper looper holder, but maintaines at the same time the ultra high speed of the EX - series of up to 8500 rpm of the 1-needle machine.

The new EX with "Minimal Lubrication System" offers great advantages in comparison to conventional and dry head machines, like:

  • no oil stains on delicate and expensive fabrics, like lingerie articles
