Change of thread wiper Sales and technical information

for W2664-01GX356BT/UT4C/Y1514 and same for other subclasses -03, -08

The UT4C is equivalent to UT434 with pneumatic top and bottom thread trimmer. Usually the electromagnetic thread wiper is included in the accessory box of the UT434. But now the pneumatic type thread wiper is preferred from our customers, which is used for UT333. We do not have the combination of pneumatic top and bottom thread trimmer with air wiper.

In order to solve it, Pegasus has made it available for W2664 - series. This is Y1514. We, PPE want to unify all UT4C with air wiper. The price for Y1514 remains the same as normal UT4C.

Placing an order to PPE of W2664 in any subclass or different gauge with UT4C, please do not forget to mention Y1514 after UT4C in your order sheet (otherwise, if ordered to Pegasus, it will be delivered with electromagnetic wiper).

Closing pocket pouch on trousers with EXT3244B

EXT3244B-53/333-3x2x4/Y1504

is a three needle safety stitch machine for closing pocket pouches, with a tape inside the overlock seam.

The 3-needles result in a strong and long lasting seam, often used for high quality trousers or hard wearing articles like Jeans and work wear. The "B" in the main class indicates top feed behind the needles, in this case essential as the little binder is in front of the needles (where usually the top feed is positioned). The top feed behind the needles guarantees a good transport, resulting in a good quality and a flat seam.
