EX3216 or EX5214 with BF210
This is common equipment for sewing quilted fabric, for sewing bonded fabric
like car replacement seats and similar articles. When the belt feed BF210
is used together with a electronic motor and a presser foot lift PL, please
note following: If an electronic motor is used, there is no possibility
to fit the synchronizer on the hand wheel, because hand wheel is housing
the drive mechanism for the BF210. Therefore it is necessary to extend
the shaft of the looper thread take-up and add the adapter for the synchroniser.

Following parts required:
1 x 270 509 cover
1 x 270 510 pin
(for EX3216 longer pin from PPE)
2 x 007 044 screw
1 x 007 020 screw
and 1 x synchroniser adapter 3PFI001
(side cover of fabric cover must be removed and belt cover of BF-device
must be modified).
In case of additional presser foot lifter PL, please use the short cylinder
version, PL022 (long cylinder of PL020 does not fit with BF210).
