New presser foot for EX5104/MC401

With the standard presser foot of MC301 for 12 mm wide elastic, we had to order parts with CD-no. These CD-parts are higher in price than standard parts and if not available from stock PPE, delivery time used to be longer for these special made CD - parts.

Now, with the introduction of the new MC401 device, we can use this presser foot with standard production no.
and additionally the presser foot has the advantage of the adjustable chaining finger (on previous presser foot chaining finger was fixed).
