On all EXT models is the up - down stroke stopper and the related parts for the top feed dog motion removed. This stopper is only required in conjunction with shirring operations, i.e. subclass -42 and subclass -43.

On coverseaming cuffs or other thick and heavy weight material, it is some times neccessary to use coarser feed dogs for better feeding properties.
For this reason are the feed dogs for heavy weight fabrics, with a tooth pitchof 2.0 mm, introduced for W600-03F as special sales parts.
