The colour code was changed from S, old style, to new style P. The new style is the very pale grey. Please use the correct colour code in your parts orders (in most parts books the S is still used). Thank you.

EXT-B
Binding pocket pouch with EXT3216-B-53/233-5x5,
top feed behind the needles

For this operation is no standard subclass, binding pocket pouch with tape from right side, with rear top feeder available. We use as a machine for con-version the EXT3216-03/233 and add

- the pocket binding parts and gauge parts from subclass -53 of EX3216

- the parts for rear top feeder

- the presser foot holder to adapt ETS - presser foot to EXT

Following conversion parts are required for seam width -5x5:  

Remarks:
The small groove must be made additionally in the presser foot 212 056B to fit the tape guide. The dead point of the top feed dog orbit must be adjusted to ”rear dead point” and just opposite of EXT3216-03.

EXT-BT250
Manuel BT - operation with improved feeding properties EX5214-83/333-2x4/BT250/ Y1393

Pegasus manufactures for us above model now with 3-row differential feed dog -333. The old model was equipped with a 2-row differential feed dog -323. This change improved the feeding properties drastically, especially when the manufacturer is using a lot of different type of fabrics:

- like light - medium and medium - heavy weight fabric
- different types of elasticity
-different fibres and fibre blends

The machine can handle in general a much wider variety of fabrics. The Y - number is given to differentiate between standard production and the new improved subclass. Therefore it is possible to give the same discount like for the normal model. Y1393 is introduced to differentiate between production of new and old model. The same discount applies for: EX5214-83/333-2x4/BT250/KS372/ PL155/Y1393 and EX5214-83/333-2x4/BT250/PL020/Y139
