| EX 3215: | New method for closing the pocket pouch of trousers EX3215-03/33-1,5x3,5x6 /KH020C/PL181/Y1232 |
We introduced this new method and subclass the first time in Europe at IMB '97. This method is already used successful in the USA for closing pocket pouches of work wear and jeans. By using the 3 - needle safety stitch machine, stitch type 401.515, we achieve a seam with a very high seam strength. The needle distance from the left needle to the middle needle is 1,5 mm, from the middle needle to the right needles 3,5 mm and the overlock bight is 6 mm. The all over seam width is 11 mm.

EX 5100, EXT 5100
The EX5100 or EXT5100 is used in conjunction with tension rollers
for attaching knitted rib to the neck cut and the bottom of T-Shirts, Sweat-Shirts, sleeping gowns and similar articles. In this case we use the FR151, with guide for alignment of knitted rib of neck cut out and body. The FR151 has 4 tension rollers, adjustable from minimum of 40 cm to maximum of 150 cm.In case of using the machine for attaching flat elastic rubber rings to the waist of jogging trousers, sleeping gown trousers and similar pants, it is possible to
use the FR052 device. The device is for this application the correct and better one. Please note, you have to use 2 x screw 7069 instead of 5653 and 1 x screw 7021 instead of 5118. The screws need to be changed because FR052 is not officially introduced for EX(T)5100 - series.
