17. WT562-02EBx240/M/AT403/ AI 100 / Y1230

This Y-number machine was introduced at Jiam and IMB exhibition.

Main feature is the AI-100, an automatic intermittent device, which allows to adjust the differential feed automatically during sewing.

Different differential ratio settings on the round neck, sewing in different directions of knitting pattern, i. e. different elasticity, result in a perfect flat finish of the binded neck or sleeve cut out.

The AI-100 is now available as kit without Y-number.

26 programs are available, from A - Z. Each program has 5 seams and each seam has max. 30 steps of different settings for the differential feed ratio, which is programmable in 16 different (steps) values.

The AI - device is available as a kit ex stock PPE.

18. W664-35BBx356/HG411/UT434/Y with Stitchlock

Freearm interlock machine for hemming operations, equipped with the new HG411 - device, for easier hemming, especially of single jersey. The HG411 is equipped with air nozzles to uncurl the fabric edge. This way it is increasing the production of curling fabric drastically.

The HG411 is used with above machine with the new "stitch lock" device. This new "stitch lock" device secures the thread end like "a knot" and prevents this way the seam from unravelling.

19. W(T)664-08, -35 with "Stitchlock" device as Y-number

This new "stitch lock" device was first introduced at JIAM.
The "stitch lock" secured end of the seam will not unravel like a normal oversewn seam end or condensed stitch performed seam end. "Stitch lock" is "like making a knot" at the end of the seam. The looper thread is "drawn through the previous loop" and makes it this way almost impossible to open it. In fact, if some one pulls the thread end, it will close the knotted loop even tighter.

20. FS613x452/PD13/Y1319

The 4 - needle feed of the arm flatseamer is for table type mounting with the new PD13 bracket. This bracket offers more space between the arm of the FS and the bracket, has a handwheel in front of the operator and conforms with CE-regulations. The Y-number refers to the new PD13-bracket.
The presser foot lift PL023 can be used only with PD13.
